Shipping policy

Nothing makes us happier than knowing that your order has been shipped safely, and arrives as quickly as possible!

We strive to work with the best carriers in order to provide the best shipping options and price. At the moment we ship to Europe and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on the country of destination of your order.

Our orders are delivered to the following countries:
- Austria
- Belgium
- Bulgaria
- Croatia
- Czech Republic
- Denmark (except: Faroe Islands)
- Estonia
- Finland
- France (except: Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion and Guadeloupe)
- Germany (except: Buesingen)
- Greece (except: Month Athos)

- Italy (except: San Marino and Vatican City)
- Latvia
- Lithuania
- Luxembourg
- Netherlands
- Poland

- Slovakia
- Slovenia

The estimate delivery time will be presented at checkout, before completing your payment.

Orders placed at Softinos are delivered on working days between 9h00 and 18h00. Please ensure that somebody is at the delivery address in order to receive the parcel.

In the event of the order being refused for delivery resulting in the order being returned to us shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Delivery times may change during special periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and other periods when sales volumes are high. During national or local bank holidays our warehouse is closed, therefore these will not be considered working days for the estimate delivery times.

How long will it take my order to process for shipment? 

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our partners. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. 

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

This can happen if an address is invalid or has missing information, the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued a refund back into the original method of payment. Shipping Costs are not refunded in these cases.

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. 

We do not take responsibility for loss, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
